Only by conducting multi-point on-site sampling in the henhouse with a spectrum and illuminance meter can we visually verify illuminance uniformity — this is the core advantage of our Tianzhinuo poultry-specific lighting products.

Recently, we finished luminaire installation and renovation projects at a caged breeder farm in Xi’an and a floor-raised breeder farm in Zhucheng. Right after all fixtures were installed, we carried spectrum and illuminance meters into the henhouses for on-site testing and captured real-scene measurement photos. Combining onsite pictures and instrument readings, we intuitively demonstrate the uniform illuminance performance after installing Tianzhinuo poultry-specific lamps.

The biggest pain point of multi-tier cage rearing is obstruction by cage racks, which tends to cause high illuminance on upper tiers and insufficient light on lower tiers. The large brightness gap between tiers leads to uneven feed intake and inconsistent growth among flocks.

After the renovation with Tianzhinuo poultry-specific lamps, we sampled and measured multiple positions in the henhouse:

- 3000K warm yellow light, matching the photosensitive physiological characteristics of breeding chickens. Soft light reduces flock stress;

- Multi-point illuminance measurements: 81.9lx, 82.1lx, 109.4lx.

The on-site test results show that under the complex environment blocked by multi-layer cage racks, the professional light distribution advantage of the lamps is fully exerted. Light penetrates cage nets effectively with minor illuminance fluctuations across the whole house. The brightness difference between cage tiers is well controlled, greatly reducing dead lighting zones. It ensures stable and uniform light for breeding chickens on every tier, balances feed intake of flocks and stabilizes the production performance of breeding chickens.

Floor-raised henhouses feature open spaces. Poor light distribution design of lamps will easily create overly bright spots directly under fixtures and rapid light attenuation at the far end of the house, resulting in a huge illuminance gap between the front and rear of the henhouse.

On-site measurements after installing Tianzhinuo poultry-specific lamps:

- Illuminance readings: 124.3lx, 132.7lx.

In the open floor-raised henhouse, light spreads softly without intense local bright spots. The illuminance remains stable in areas where chickens move and feed, delivering excellent overall illuminance uniformity. It fits the activity habits of floor-raised breeding chickens, builds a comfortable light environment and alleviates stress such as flock panic.
